Do not allow yourself to suppress your thoughts. Instead, let the thoughts come before you and become a sort of observer. Start observing your own mind. Do not try to escape; do not be afraid of your thinking.
When mind is still, then truth gets her chance to be heard in the purity of the silence.
Do not pretend - be. DO not promise - act. Do not dream -relize.
Practice meditation. You'll find that you are carrying within your heart a portable paradise.

Better mental concentration, improvement of our breathing.
Meditation is a condition of the mind and this cannot be taught; it is experienced. And as an experience it cannot be analyzed or described with words. However there are many techniques that can transfer our consciousness into different parts of the mind and therefore explore and acknowledge the hidden areas of our thoughts as we explore our Awareness.
The result of Meditation is self-realization, something that is achieved when our elevated mind transforms itself.
