Io Calis-Bletzaki has been an active member of the Yoga Community since 1992.
She received her initiation (Mantra & name) initial training in the Satyananda Yoga system (earning a certificate in the period 1995-1996) at Satyanandashram Greece and the Thessaloniki Yoga Centre, and received hands-on training in all branches of yoga (Hatha, Karma, Raja, Jyana, Mantra, Kriya and meditation).
