The mind constantly produces thoughts and images and then projects them onto our mental screen twenty-four hours a day. Low awareness together with defective discrimination allow these thoughts to direct the feelings and the emotions that, according to their strength and force, the mind identifies and recognizes as real.
Difficult and negative thoughts have strength and gravity. Just as the black color absorbs all other colors, the same way negative thoughts manage to hold the consciousness trapped.
The expansion of our awareness brings discrimination (Viveka) and non identification (Vairaghia), qualities that help in the assumption of self responsibility for whatever happens in our daily life, moving hence all levels of existence (body, mind, emotions).
With the Yogic techniques of Meditation, we move the mental force and develop awareness. Awareness and internal wondering are the essential gifts of each person so that they can develop their emotional state and heighten their intellect.
